As the title suggests I've had these problems for the past 3 or 4 days where I've needed to go to the toilet nearly every 15 mins. All the time a bowel movement is instant but as I've suggested I always need to go back very briefly. Also my toilet troubles are accompanied by stomach pains.
In the first initial days my diarrhoea was accompanied by headaches, nausiea and a fever but these problems have cleared up. However as you can imagine, having to go to the toilet around 30 times in a day (and this isn't even an exaggeration) its starting to become an issue im getting fustrated and pained over. I was wondering if anybody had a suggestion of what my issue may be. Thank you for reading.

I think if you are going as often as that it might be an idea to speak to your GP and hopefully get something to help you.
Have you tried keeping a food diary and seeing if there is anything that you can see that starts you off or makes things worse?
If you look through past posts I think there are medications that some people use. I’ve never had to take anything like that so I don’t know what they are.
You must be absolutely exhausted though - not to mention the quantities of loo roll you must be going through!
I do not like to take either laxatives or the opposite medications but when I get a flare that bad, I will stop eating altogether for at least one day, take an Imodium tablet & drink herbal tea.
