Food intolerance test?

Good morning everyone. After 3 trips to the loo before 9am I’ve decided it might be worth taking a food intolerance test. Has anyone got any recommendations?

I had campylobacter last summer which is when all of this started. Bloods and poo all come back fine but private CT scan showed inflammation in mesentery and swollen lymph nodes. Still waiting for nhs GI appointment, can’t afford more private. No official diagnosis yet but IBS suggested by GP.

I have alternating C and D, lots of upper abdominal pain mainly on right side, trapped wind and loads of burping. Really fed up and running out of ideas!

I would be really interested to find out who you used in resolving your problem - i have had all the tests, colonoscopy, Gallbladder test, removal of process foods, no alcohol, diary etc, gone private to discuss with Gut experts and they have all said its STRESS and to change my job. Got diagnosed with H Pylori had treatment for that - replaced all my destroyed FLORA with strong Acidophilius tablets ( THE GUT DOCTOR - website)

The last few months have been dreadful, had diarrhoea with mucus so had stool tests and blood tests all came back normal - said it was probably dodgy food all STRESS - its now starting to affect my home life with my wife and kids - so im willing to try another approach.

Seeing the doctor again today to discuss discomfort under rightside of rib cage, ache in the same part in my back and lots of burping.
