Having another bad day, worse than yesterday. It's definitely stress anxiety related. My brother just is having some struggles atm so I'm worried about him, think that's triggered it yesterday. My kids have had bugs and illnesses on and off since start of the year so been worried about that and having less sleep and then this morning my other half has phoned in sick from work cos he feels sick and he never does that. He tells me he thinks it's just the curry he had last night (I was at work otherwise he wouldn't have had it) but I'm worried he's got a bug, that I'll then get it and that my already messed gastro system will have a massive spas out on me.
Ah well, guess I'll just have to see how things go and hope he's alright.
