I'm getting stomach cramps so bad that it's giving me sharp pin in my vagina. What could it be?

Would ask a doctor as not sure - if it goes on.

- could be you are dehydrated that can cause cramp. Are you drinking plenty of water?

You do, as Alice said, need to talk with a dr....so you can tell him/her all of your symptoms, when they come on, what seems to trigger them etc... I think it would help to put your mind at ease, too...and your need to do that for yourself--you deserve to be out of pain!
