Grumbling pains in tummy

This morning I had really bad pains in my tummy, when I got home from work I had a cup of tea and a crumpet and had diarrhoea from then on! Brought some Imodium and antisickness to calm the nausea and diarrhoa. I have slept for a couple of hours, woke up still felt sick, but my belly is constantly grumbling and I have the pain back. What could this be?

I have phoned 111, they are gonna call me back within 2 hours.

Sounds like a tummy bug .drink plenty of water and stick to toast until it calms down.

I get this all the time with my ibs. I would never know the difference between a tummy bug and just my belly playing up xx

I'm the same, everything blends into one with me. I'm usually sick with a tummy bug though. I'm allergic to a lot of foods so I have to be fairly strict with my diet. It's something you learn to live with and I have a very understanding husband.
