Have you tried any kind of food elimination i.e. the low FODMAP diet? I have found so far that I cannot eat raw carrots, raw or cooked onions, sweetcorn, dates and I have also cut out Lactose. All the foods I have mentioned are all high in FODMAPs.
Like crazyfitness mentioned onions is a massive one! Buscopan is mainly for pain, its immodium you need. You could just take one as a precaution but stress is a major game player in causing your tummy to get unsettled. Try a probiotic is was a god send for me
