Hi I was wondering if anyone else has the same symptoms. Over the last few months I have found that salt has been really affecting my IBS. I never add salt to anything but if there is even a small amount of salt on my food I get severe stomach cramps, pain in my back and diarrhoea. This occurs even if I have a sprinkling of salt on anything. Any advice or help would be very appreciated.
