Hello everyone, since yesterday afternoon about 5pm I have had terrible stomach pains and I woke up this morning and I still have them. But now I have bad diarrhoea!!😠Can anybody help me please??

I hope by now you are feeling better. Did you go to or call your Dr? Maybe go to Urgent Care. Perhaps it was something you ate. Do you have IBS? It can cause very bad pain and diarrhea. I would call my Dr and get a name of a Gastroenterologist if you don't have one.
Have you been diagnosed with IBS as your symptoms are very like IBS. If you haven't been diagnosed then you need to see your GP and ask if you can have some tests i.e. blood tests/Colonoscopy.
