I have written to u many times, ... I do not know if you try anything and I think u just answered your own question, with your question...you are obviously not eating correctly? It takes a lot of reading and work, and changing to get your body working well.

Maybe see a good naturopath, because

sounds like you need help- one thing is not going to change everything...it all works together, and if your diet is not good, or your body is in a hormonal change...you must really investigate all. I suggest a very good naturopath.

Nice Day!😉

I do try just about everything and a lot of them backfire on me. I am like a lot of people l feel sure,,, suffer and they probably get afraid. Especially if it is new! I used to not suffer with IBS. Something pretty new to me with the pain, bloating, spasms, and constipation and yes fear sometimes. Fear when you eat that night

you will suffer with the spasms and have to get up at 2:00 a.m. and drive. A lot of test and.... things are narrowed down to IBS. Yes l do need help with my eating now. I am like someone said to me... you do not stop eating. Can be along way back. To me l feel he was sincere. And he wanted me to know..... it CAN be a long way back. I do not recommend not eating to anyone! Thanks for your reply. :)

I just wrote you a very nice long post and the computer ate it!...Stress, and stomach issue in my case do go far back too many antibiotics, being trapped in a highchair as a baby and the kitchen caught on fire...biggie. A new thing I just found Salicylic Food Sensitivities, look up that...I get gastritis from past dental work having to use Nsaids...I eat the low fodmap, am gluten and dairy free by choice due to all of the crud and poison in all of our food. Just look at all the commercials on TV, mostly about gut stuff...I am believing everyone has something going on with their guts. I am so happy California, where I live, is now having Monsanto put a poison lable on round up! Do not even get me started on them, and all their cohorts. Our bee population is dwindling due to them...their stomachs blow up! I was suggesting a dietician or naturopath to help u sort out what is

best for you. MAGO7 has helped me immensely, there are a few other products like it, oxy powder, ect. I made a choice to have two small drinks the other nite on a full tummy, and still got a gastritis reaction, now, mastic gum, slppery elm tea, and manuka honey and I will have this past. My aunt warned me about my intestines changing as I aged, she was 100% correct! You just have to take care of #1, cause no one else is going to, and do what is best for you. I never said do not at, I eat or try to 4 meals a day...oh, and only chicken or beef that is antibiotic free. Our world is in a mess over corporate greed, and we are the ONES who suffer! Just be careful of scams, and it is an everyday choice and journey...I wish you the best...let me know what you discover, it helps everyone!

My best!

Cheri 😉

Thank you so much for your posting. You are doing a great job to have good digestive! l do wish l could do all the things that you do! l know l have a lot of issues with my stomach. :)

l just wish the doctors could find a answer for all of us who suffer with IBS! Mine is a lot of stress and the way l do eat. l try very hard to not worry about my stomach and go with the flow. My mom died in Feburary and that has taken a lot out of me... l took care of her and miss her greatly.

Thank you Again for your reply.....We all have to hang in there with

this. You are doing a great job and l appreciate your sharing this!! :)

See, you are under a mountain of stress, and pain, and trying to be "normal"...whatever that is!lol

Give yourself a break, practice some deep breathing, get some real soothing meditation music, like ocean waves, or rain. Go to a bonified accupuncturist, have a nice session, for relaxation...just for you!

Please do not put your faith in doctors, very very few even know anything! This is why ibs is such a grab bag! I am so sorry about your Mom, you are very fortunate that you had a wonderful relationship! My mother abused me my whole life, and she would be in jail today! She was a Narsacistic (sp) psychopath! Your Mom is still with you, just in another dimension! Please take some nice long walks, some long Epsom salt soaks, and give yourself the nuturing you need! You are gonna have more mountains, but only you can take care of #1. Then you will be happier, more relaxed, and not producing so much cortisol. Ask your accupuncturist or massage therapist (very good for u @ this time) for the name of a wellness group in your area, or a good reputable naturopath.

If all else fails just get a psychologist (if you do not like the first one, go to another, this is for you not them!) Take it easy, please give yourself a long over due break!

My big hugs,

Cheri 🌱🐞🌱

Thank you Olive Dog......l sure needed to hear that!! Best to you and Hang in There Too!! :)

You are most welcome!, I truly wish you the best!...I wonder if most with the grab bag of ibs are extremely sensitive individuals who put a lot of effort into caring for everyone but themselves, and are worry warts? It seems to me to be so? It would make an interesting study.

Take good care my dear......we can try to do everything perfect, but our individual bodies are not every one else, and we are human, so we are going to blow it sometimes! Life is a learning lesson, and I happen to hold my tension in my bowels, colon ect. Just like my mom did. I was working on hypnosis to get my triggers, got sick, had banding...I am going back to that therapist to continue on this path, can't hurt anything, just might be a great adjunct!

Best to you! 🌼🐝

You were on my mind today...I thought of something (u might already be doing it) journaling!...just get a new special notebook especially just for your own thoughts, whether they be negative or positive...just for venting, happiness, whatever...anger at a friend?...just for you to write in...it is such a great release...and you think you have nothing to write?

Just watch how your pen just starts going...u will be surprised at what comes out! Great way to get things off your chest, no one sees it but you, it is very healthy! So there ya go...try this it works wonders, and they are interesting to look back on too, you can see where u are still stuck, and see how far you have moved on! Great for STRESS!!!

My best!

Oh yes...great stress reducer! And clears your head at the same time! You can vent so well, and get it all out, like a Vomit book, only kidding! But you will love it...if I think of anything else I will let u know...believe me after my Mom left us...you should see the sibling stress garbage...I do not even like to re-read it all, such stress...but it really helped me! So go for it! Have more peace getting rid of your trash! My siblings would croak if they read the stuff I wrote, sometimes better than shelling out $ to a therapist, you can trust yourself, sometimes they just want permanent clients!

My best!

I had a diary I used to write in - some times every day or only when I needed. My pen would fly like nothing - everything on my mind would come out!! I'd reread it months later and wonder why had I got into such a state! Being a kind caring giving person sometimes it's about thinking what's best for you! Some days I'm good at it but other times feel it's selfish of me!! But you know what other people don't think it's selfish if they want something or want to do something that makes them happy!! I had CBT as went through losing my two close friends to cancer and a divorce - was very depressed and it made me see that we often take on more than we should because others let us! X

Yes journaling really helps, especially when you are one who gets used, and most likely unkowinly abused! It is because I feel people with gut Issus are usually very sensitive and caring, or the extreme opposite...those who could not let anything out, and hold everything in. Writing is very therapeutic, ...I find times when I do it a lot (stress), and sometimes a few months could go by...but when we have no listeners, they make the greatest sounding board!

Nice day!😉

You are so correct. I have no listener anymore at home. And there is so much pinned up

l need to tell even writing down and then reading it. Mom was my rock in a lot of ways. We were there for each other. Toward the end my mom could not be strong anymore. Please do not think l have lost it....but l told my mom l wish you could come back for little while. I have so much to tell you. But l know she is listening to everything.

Thanks Olivedog you gave me such a great idea. Already bought my ledgers and hopefully ready to go! :)
