I have had very water diarrhoea for just over 24 hours now....going to the toilet approximately every 2 hours, I'm drinking water frequently but I'm worried about dehydration as I'm sweating tons as well, do I need to ring the doctors or ride it out a bit longer?

Keep drinking water and get some rehydration sachets that contain salts as well. If you can get someone to get them for you. Dioralyte one is called available from chemists or anything similar.

If it continues you could get someone to phone doctor for advice but hopefully it will calm down tomorrow. Get well soon.
