Could it be stress related or something you are eating and now become sensitive to it? There are so many additives in processed food and they can change the ingredients too. Keep a food diary and toilet notes (sounds so stupid) but it's the only way to track it back as we all forget what we eat. Drink some peppermint or Camomile every night to help with any pain or bloating and probitoics to help repair any damage to colon ☺
Hi I have had this for quite a few years now but it has got worse
On Saturday I went and had allergy testing done at my local herbarium as it had got so bad that I could go for a poo 5 times a day and just like you they were soft and formed but if I didn't get to the toilet within a few minutes of the pain starting I would mess myself
So I thought the allergy testing would show I was sensitive to all the usual culprits wheat gluten etc
They were all fine I was allergic to pork tomatoes lemons oranges white wine lager vinegar and colas and citric acid
I was in shock I have a very tomatoe based diet and love citrus fruits I also take 3 vitamin C tablets a day as I work with the general public and don't want cold after cold
So today I'm starting the new elimination of nonof the above so fingers crossed it goes well
After reading up on how bad to much vitamin c and citric acid is for you and how it messes your bowels up and gives you the symptoms of which I had urgency of emptying bowels stomach pain I'm hoping this will all calm down
You need to go see a gastroenterologist immediately. I had same issues 2 years ago and found i had a c-diff bacterial infection in my bowel. this infection will do you great harm if you don't follow up on it. It also had made me lactose intolerant and i take probiotics with lactase to counter the symptoms. It has helped tremendously for me, but a doctor visit will confirm your situation. I also recomend seeing a 2nd doctor for 2nd opinion if problem persists. I hope this helps you, good luck
