Hello everyone, since i got food poisoning and was diagnosed with PI-IBS two years ago ive struggled so much to sleep, i can lie still and my eyes water with tiredness but my guts have other ideas. They will bloat and my stomach will burn up, i have to turn back the sheets and expose my body to the often very cold room. ( i cant sleep with the heating on ) i get terrific nausia and 5 nights a week ill see the sun rise from being unable to sleep.
Are thease kinds of fevers "normal" for people with IBS. Im intersted if any of you have the same experiences?

I am pretty much like that rob that's why i work in the evening since i have had that i am struggling to sleep . my skin has become sensetive . lower left abdominal pain, hypersensitivity, mild constipation.
