Cramps between legs, constipation and severe pain

So this has to be IBS surely?

Do any of you recognise these symptoms please?

Feeling like you need to open your bowels but can't but if I wee the pain goes away immediately

Pain lower right of my tummy

Cramps so bad I can't walk or stand straight

Constipation feeling not relieved by Senokot

Pain between my legs and around the buttock area

Any help appreciated

I am 48 and also have Interstitial Cystitis
