Absolutely!!!! I am very lucky in that I am able to work from a unit next to my home which I took a (giant monetary) risk & had built, it is impossible for me to travel any distance in the morning to get to work because of my IBS. I have also had to contract out a large portion of my business to others because I cannot confidently travel around to see clients. This also restricts my ability to attend conferences etc, I have to make sure I can stay somewhere close to the venue. Neither could I do any sort of job that involved long periods without access to loo facilities. However, as I am an employer myself I have implemented the standards detailed on IBS websites for my own employees which makes for a happier workplace for all.
