I've been suffering with IBS for years.. tried just about everything. I recently tried some enzymes (amazon.com/gp/product/B001N... and to my surprised, found the enzymes taken regularly can reduce my flare ups, and help subside the spasms... I still get flare ups, but not as often, and I can manage them better with them. When I told the GI doctor about what I found, she said. "we know it would help.. it's got a lot to do with the enzymes"... Thought I'd offer this info.. it may not be a cure, but it might help a few folks.

I have found this to be true as well. I been on digestive enzymes for about 2-3 months and see a major difference. The flare ups don't go away but at least the pain scale for me went down dramatically. Thanks so much!
