Discomfort during wee small hours

Any one get woken up during night with IBS , having pains in lower back and left hip area any advice appreciated thank you ☺

I wake often with pain pretty much back and front, bloating etc, I take a good quality probiotic, hot water bottle helps relieve the pain. I'm on prescription meds which help.  I drink peppermint tea which was advised,  just about to start high strength peppermint oil capsules. All of the above has reduced pain by 70%, take care.

Hi so many of us suffer with IBS Syndrome and many of us taking Medication for it. But I have found if you get stressed out or even suffer with stress problems this can make matter's worse. Many of us might even been called up for what we call benefits reviews because your registered Disabled may be as many of us might be on benefits because two year's ago when I was called up for EESA Medical review I was suffering badly with my IBS and it was because of all the unwanted stress and getting worried about what will happen with the benefits. Yep me since being diagnosed 5 months ago only now I have started those symptoms . I been taking probiotics few months but will try the peppermint tea. Going to see my Specislist soon hopefully just incase it gets worse . I find if I massage the are for few minutes it eases .
