yeh - worst thing in the world is to google for symptoms, it never works out with other than you will be dying or its very serious. The state of affairs is that all bad starts with something and gut issues are the hardest to pinpoint and EVERYTHING is and will almost always be tied to the gut.
Hot issues like Cancer are heavily marketed to and thus everywhere on the internet you will be inundated with it.
I have found a few things with me, if it moves around its usually gut issues, if you take something like an antacid and get relief it is probably not something worse than gut issues.
BUT!
You have to get it all checked out - Cancer is pretty easy to find in most cases, IBS, gut issues etc tend to be very hard to find and one of the key factors in the diag is to not get any results on any tests other than "Hey your fine"
Do not procrastinate, it will just drive you nuts. Go to a GP - get referred to a specialist for GI and get answers..
I have found most pains are caused by either bring constipated as get build up of wind or just wind alone travelling around the intestines. Only cure is to only eat foods which give you the least fermentation high I have found out through Fodmaps. Biggest culprits wheat lentils beans peas soya dairy onions cauliflower garlic.
Almost certainly ibs. Get checked out for peace of mind. No bleeding then most unlikely cancer.
i get pain rhs when i have ibs. suffered 20 years . more recently moves around so spasms in lower back or down rhs of torso. used to get in hip/back pocket area.doctor said its all ibs referred pain. shame it wasnt deferred pain lol
sashpets food list is same for me as are prawns and nuts.
