Constant pain lower right pelvis

is it odd to have your ibs pain constantly for weeks, I am into week 4 now and the main pain in my rt side is still there plus pains moving round abdo. So worried despite ultrasounds abdo and pelvis. Went and googled colon saw caecum cancer and now petrified. Most people seem to have spasms pain. Would be nice to know I am not weird
