It's been four days since I've been having abdominal pain (literally every 5-15 minutes) all day, each day. Sometimes it switches between being constipated or having diahrreah. Also, sometimes I feel bloated/inflamated. It hurts when I poop (diahrreah) but it's a little at a time. I can't sleep. I've tried Milk of Magnesium... It kind of helped, but not really... There is no blood on my stool, but it has been gooey. Idk what to do, I am beginning to get irritated, angry, tired, scared, sad and somewhat depressed. I want to rest! Also, I haven't really been eating, because it just makes me use the bathroom every five minutes, just adds a bit more to the pain.

You could well end up with a diagnosis of IBS as its symptoms are many and varied. However, you must see your doctor asap and get tests done to rule out other possibilities i.e. coeliac, crohns etc.

I'm really sorry that sucks! You most likely have IBS with those symptoms. Try taking Imodium or a gas pill. I have really bad abdominal pain too and I use a heating pack. Go see a doctor if your able to and maybe they can give you a diet. But IBS is caused by stress and food. Try to calm down. and even though it hurts try to eat bland foods or bread.

First get all tests done ASAP, then see if its really IBS. If its intestinal pain, try some peppermint oil capsules, you can get it over the counter, like Heather's Tummy Tamers Peppermint Oil Capsules , just google it. I take it & helps me very well. Read the instructions fully before you take it.
