I HAVE SUFFERED FROM CONTINUING DAILY ANXIETY WHICH LEAVES ME LIGHT HEADED AND WHEEZY. I BELIEVE IT IS TO DO WITH IBS AND I TAKE COLPERMIN DAILY. ALSO I HAVE TO TAKE SENNA TABLETS EVERY NIGHT SO I CAN GO TO THE TOILET EVERY DAY. I BELIEVE MY CONSTIPATION CAUSES MY STRESS. ANY IDEAS TO HELP OR DOES ANYONE ELSE GET THIS.

Hi ashik007 the only thing that I can recommend is the therapy methods by Dr Russ Harris. It is the therapy used by the NHS. He has a book called the Happiness Trap and he is also on YouTube. It has to be the Minfulness Act ones. It is not a cure because they have finally realised that you cannot cure anxiety problems but how to deal with it better. It is not aversion therapy either because they also realise that that doesn't work either. Good luck.
