The Children’s Trust are proud to launch three new books this week. They explain brain injury to children and families affected by brain injury, and we want as many families as possible to benefit.
With this in mind, all books will be available for just a small postage and packing charge of £3.50 for each book (£1.50 for each additional book).
Our first book is Heads Up Tim-Tron, an illustrated children’s book about a little robot who bangs his head. It is a beautifully illustrated story which helps parents explain brain injury to younger children in an simple and engaging way.
Our second is a comic book developed with MediKidz, it follows Tamara’s story and helps teenagers better understand and accept their brain injury.
Our final book is a handbook for parents; it aims to give information and support to the families and carers of children with acquired brain injury.
