Cough

I have had a terrible cough for two weeks now with no change. Had to go and see the nurse at my surgery who said they cannot give me any medication for the cough as I am on high dose of prednisolone 60mg which should help with the cough! I have tried everything from hot showers, honey and lemon drinks, cayenne pepper gaggle but in vain please help if you have any ideas of how I can help myself. I cannot sleep at all as I cough all night. Sorry for moaning but what can I do I'm a Lupie !!! Xxx

Try putting some Vicks vaporub on the bottom of your feet!! Works for me
