New here & hoping to get some feedback on thyroid bloods.
I currently take
zinc
, vitamin d and have been eating brazil nuts for selenium. In terms of diet I know I need to be stricter and cut out gluten completely and not just avoid it most of the time.

My Mental Health Symptoms gone - Changed my way of eating
If, for example, you have a painful muscle in your leg, take extra magnesium. 5.
Zinc
for the immune system 6.Selenium fights inflammation, increases blood flow, prevents cell damage and assists the thyroid gland (we die without the thyroid gland but go insane first) to utilise thyroid hormone.

Supplements for Men
Also he is taking iron because he recently turned veggie but I heard that you shouldn't take iron and
zinc
together (he's now taking at different times of the day), I'm wondering if he should be taking iron at all though. It's all very confusing, any help much appreciated 😊

Supplements and endocrinologist appt
I take selenium,
zinc
, magnesium, b-complex and methylcobalamin, vit d. I'm on 200mcgs of thyroxine per day, but take my supplements late evening. I'm assuming they may want to do a fresh blood sample, but I'm not sure at the min.
