Low copper - any advice?
I’m currently taking selenium,
zinc
, vit d, magnesium, b complex and methylfolate but I have been doing so many thyroid tests I stop the b complex and for some reason end up stopping all the others so I haven’t been taking them continuously in the last month. Should I supplement with copper?

Hair loss after tss or sepsis
I have been taking biotin,
zinc
, and have tried other natural supplements and jojoba oil. I know this requires patience, as with everything. I also almost lost some of my toes, as for my survival my body did not consider them important.

I read it is associated with low levels of
zinc
, but I supplement
zinc
. My energy hasn't been as good this year and I'm having continuing digestive problems. I haven't been as careful about avoiding wheat in the pandemic and that may be a factor.

Low Magnesium and Zinc Levels
My magnesium level is .72 (7 - 1) and
zinc
is 11.2 (11.5 - 20). I supplement with magnesium citrate in evening and magnesium malate in the morning and
zinc
picolinate each day as they were at these levels when I had a heart attack back in 2014.

This is a very comprehensive review of the research literature on
Zinc
and Prostate Cancer. It provides solid evidence that maintaining adequate
zinc
levels through diet or supplementation (or both) is good advice for every PCa patient.

Copper and Copper Proteins in Parkinson’s Disease
Metals such as copper, iron,
zinc
, and manganese are known to be neurotoxic. Evidence indicates that metal exposure can contribute to Parkinson’s-related neurodegeneration, mainly by modulating alpha-synuclein protein aggregation — one of the key events in the development of PD.
