Itchy scalp
I checked the ingredients and they have changed the anti-fungal from
zinc
pyrithione to piroctone olamine. My face rashes and soreness have kicked off again too although this may not be connected. Time to look for any other shampoo with ZPT in it!

The positive side of b12 injections!
neurological I’d say stick with it,optimise your other vitamins and minerals while your on your b12 especially folate/folic acid a good b multi vitamin might be enough and vitd3/k2 spray or combined tab if you can ,especially now we are coming into the dreaded winter months, and check your potassium

Am I a poor converter and if so how do I obtain combination therapy as my next step???
My ferritin , bit D, B12, folate and
zinc
were all optimal finally, at last check. How do I best go about approaching my doctor about getting a prescription for a combined therapy ?

Been to hormone specialist...not sure what to think?!
Labs after four months on 200 mcg daily: TSH 0.05 FT4 18.5 FT3 4.2 I had by then read about the importance of having optimal vitamin and minerals levels, so ordered private labs that confirmed several deficiencies: low vit A, B12, D, E and K, magnesium,
zinc
, selenium and ferritin/iron.

Cortisol and insomnia
My sleep routine is pretty good (I think), sleep with a eye mask, in a darkened room, no reading phone before bed and always take magnesium and
zinc
as part of my supplements.

Direct exposure to COVID-19 from a "friend"
Thought I'd definitely get it too, but PCR nasal swab said negative 😅 IMHO, I've been on
Zinc
, Quercetin, Vit D for #stageivpca and maybe that had something do to with it: https://www.uspharmacist.com/article/common-supplements-might-reduce-covid-severity Just throwing this out there for y'all to ponder

, vitamin D and later then sitting in the garden throughout the summer, building up a golden tan on face, arms and hands. Last year she had a strange heart episode.

Zinc deficiency
I have thinning hair and saw GP again who sent me for blood tests and I am low in
zinc
. i am hoping they can prescribe something and my hair will start thickening again. This has been getting me down as I lose loads every morning when I brush my hair.

2 questions: tech support and supplements
Last fall/winter I took vitamin D,
zinc
, and occasionally elderberry syrup. I managed to keep the viruses away even though my husband and daughter had a couple and even with my low IGg count. I have never asked if there were any issues with taking
zinc
(or elderberry) so I’m wondering about that.

VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS AND BLOOD TESTING
When should I stop taking supplements for vitamin d, selenium,
zinc
, magnesium and B12. I’ve been diagnosed with Graves and have the antibodies. I’m looking to get the most accurate vitamin levels. Do you stop taking vitamins or just continue as normal?
