British Vits
I need all the B's, Selenium and
Zinc
. I don't absorb very well from my gut so I'm thinking of getting their pre-methylated products. Anyone got any other ideas about clean, methylated vits from a UK source? Many thanks

Changing levels of selenium, I have read, will have a corresponding effect on
zinc

Zinc
is now 43.09% through the range when selenium is 142.86% . My copper is 35.37% through the range.

Summarising a huge amount of documents / videos the implications are Restrict a list including iron ,vitamin D, vitamin C and
zinc
supplements amongst others to the absolute minimum and get them from natural sources eg sunlight / OJ to avoid binding available copper which is critical in health.

Timings of taking vitamins/supplements
I have read conflicting things online about whether to take
zinc
and magnesium together - some say you definitely shouldn't, others say you should! And iron should be taken away from
zinc
/B12 complex right? Is it ok shortly before the magnesium/
zinc
/vit D/k2? Thank you!
