Just got updated thyroid hormone results — see why I'm tired.
Serum
zinc
will take about a week to get back. B12 and vitamin D are very good / optimal for hypothyroid, so it's not low nutrients. I am thinking (from recent discussion based on the previous lab work) that it still makes sense to increase the Synthroid, and leave the Cytomel stable.

New blood tests - advice welcome
I also take Vit D3 w K2 7000, Thorne Basic B, Magnesium 400mg/day,
Zinc
, Copper. Selenium levels were good at blood test in February. Folate has improved, but Ferritin & FT3 remain low. D3 & B12 were both already optimal in Feb.

zinc
stores and cause heavy periods - i am an anemic But, I am starting to believe this is the best option?

copper tests results
it looks to me as if my copper is low so would you then assume my
zinc
is high and doesn’t require supplementation? Many thanks for any advice. 🙏
