A (somewhat) lighthearted article for Sunday afternoon
This article shows that hypothyroid women have more sexual arousal on T4/T3 combined therapy than on T4 alone. Well, who'd have thought it? Sexual function and depressive symptoms in young women with hypothyroidism receiving levothyroxine/liothyronine combination therapy: a pilot study March 2018 Current

I miss having regular coffee. I started drinking coffee when I was maybe 6-7 years old because at the time a doctor had told me that caffeine may combat my ADHD. Anyone else get an irrational fear that they're dying/about to die?
Lately my anxiety has been really increased due to going through Vyvanse withdrawals as I wean off of the medication. In addition to that, I recently had a panic attack that landed me in the hospital when I consumed too much caffeine. During that experience I genuinely thought that I was going to die

I'm new here
Hi, I'm new here, but have suffered from depression and possible touches of bipolarism for years and am most likely somewhere on the autism spectrum as well. I have a successful career and a wife and child that I adore, but my behaviors constantly drive them further away and will eventually lead to me

Ketamine for depression
I'm considering ketamine assisted psychotherapy for treatment resistant depression. I'm wondering if anyone here has tried this and what your experience has been. I've talked to a couple of folks (not PD folks) who were very much helped.

Muscle atrophy
My father experiences muscle atrophy. His whole life he was skinny (he can eat whatever he liks but never gains weight), but had muscles. Now that summer is coming and he is wearing short sleaves, I noticed his arms and chest became very weak. He was diagnosed in September 2016 after TURP procedure

Cure for Chronic Bloating
I also have
water
retention
under my eyes and around my body. When I drink
water
, it doesn’t feel like it’s going anywhere. I get frequent UTIs and get very bloated with every cup. With food it’s even worse. I am always bloated whether I consume a handful of nuts and rasins or eat an entire burger.

Treating serious anxiety without doctor
Hey everyone! I am having a huge dilemma. I don't have health insurance and I am suffering pretty hard from what I'm calling crippling anxiety. I say this because I am at a point where I find it very hard to talk to anyone, go to work and its left me in this state of physical and emotional numbness.

Complete relief from daily pelvic / bladder / lower back pain and fatigue just 2 months after changing diet and using castor oil packs
I also didn't suffer period pain before the period (apart from a short-lasting twinge 3 days before) and there were no noticeable PMT symptoms such as breast soreness,

, or mood-swings.
