Flu and Covid jabs
My GP has invited me to have a flu and Covid vaccination. I suspect that this is due to me being registered as B12 deficient with PA as I’m not usually entitled to those jabs on the NHS each year at my age. I currently SI B12 EOD and take recommended cofactors. Are there any thoughts on having

Swollen neck
My daughter is having lots of symptoms eg.. heart rate up and down. Feeling faint on standing, random chest pain. Body rash on and off doesn't shift with strong anti histamines. If she exerts her self like doing a park run her neck swells around thyroid area. ( I have Graves and had RAI therapy 10 years

Can I inject SC even though box says IM and IV?
Hi, I've got some B12 ampoules (brand Methycobal by Eisai) that say they can be administered intramuscular or intravenous. Does anyone know if subcutaneous would be safe to try? The ingredients are listed as mecobalamin 500mcg, and excipients D-mannitol 50mg and water for injection. (I think mecobalamin

Advice
Im looking a bit of advice please, last year i was getting b12 injection from the gp every 3 months, the gp tested my b12 and it went very high over 1847 and said to stop but recently my bloods were 321 again. Is this low for me to ask for b12 injections again?

Upcoming appointment with Rheumy Consultant - people's experiences/advice appreciated
Hi all Firstly, just wanting to explain that my user name is a reference to the nickname of the football team I support - I'm not interested in knife crime or anything like that! I might change it actually to avoid any confusion or concerns! I've got another appointment with Rheumy Consultant next

Will B12 tablets help???
So i get a B12 injection every 3 months, however my symptoms start to appear roughly 3 weeks before my injection is due,the muscle spasms and generally feeling weak, so I'm asking if there's a decent health shop that sells a tablet form to get my symptoms under control and ultimately will they help,

Lazy B12 question
I'm about to start supplementing with B12 but I know I've seen posts on here and in the PA forum about what type is the best to take and maybe I saw (could have dreamt it) that if you start with the wrong one, you can't change afterwards... I have a script for 'B12' but what if I get it and it's not

How many hydroxocabalamin injections to administer initially?
Hello all, My vials arrived from Germany and I've just given myself my first B12 injection today! I'm wondering how often to do this to begin with, please - should I do it daily for a while or every other day until I start to notice an improvement? Any advice gratefully received! Thanks very much 😊

Back to trace blood in urine again! I am at my lowest ebb yet.
So I was doing ok over a month ago. Not perfect but ok. Everything has really gone to S**t! So as part of my symptoms I was dealing with frequent urination bladder pain, with trace blood. That had all begun to settle down. I was sleeping through the night again. The blood in dipstick tests was tiny

Vit B12
good morning everyone, wondering if anyone here has experienced low vit b12. Had a note from my GP practice to say mine is quite low and I have an appointment for a phone consultation with my GP on 6th of Sept. Having had a quick google I’ve noticed it can be caused by ppi’s and I have been on a high

Looking for PA Consultant
Hi, I was diagnosed about thee months ago and I'm on B12 injections and feeling much better. However, diagnosis remains very uncleal. Very low B12, below limits of the test, but no antigens to intrinsic factor and negative on caeleac disease. Cant fault the GP but feels very limited what they will
