Acerola powder and it’s composition. Is calcium a problem
My new brand of acerola powder contains calcium, which my old brand probably did too, given that it’s a natural product but I was wondering, is 8.5mgs daily all that much and irrespective of whether or not it is, should it be avoided? Please check my calculations. Values on back of packet in photo

Calcium products and calcification of coronary artery,
Hi, I had a stent in left coronary artery due to calcium deposits and narrowing on angiogram 3 years ago, all other arteries were fine. Oy, so many on here also suffer from upper GI issues ie reflux, heartburn, gastritis and there's a pretty good treatment - Zinc L-Carnosine

Calcium excess might lead to Parkinson's
Did you take a calcium supplement for stronger bones? https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2018/02/180219071758.htm A point that should be made: The plaques in your bloodstream are mostly cholesterol and calcium, but the doctor recommends a lower cholesterol diet and doesn't mention the calcium.

Vitamin K2
Hi again . I keep seeing posts about vitamin K2 being good for ensuring calcium goes to the bones. I also have read it had blood clotting capabilities . I am on rivoroxiban to prevent blood clots . . I am assuming this would mean I cannot take K2 as it would be counter productive. Any thoughts

Calcichew and K2
Hi, My rheumatologist put me on Cacichew when she prescribed steroids 18 months ago. It has calcium and D3. I've read that one should take K2 to make sure the calcium goes to the bones and not arteries so why was I not put on K2 also. Do any of you taking Calcichew take D3 and if so how much? I'd love
