My GP won't treat my symptoms as TSH normal
I explained the remarkable affect the Hypitrol had had on me and she knew about the L-
Tyrosine
and said that made complete sense!! I'm pleased she came because it's documented in her letter. All my other symptoms have cleared up including the Carpal Tunnel in my left hand.

At breakfast I take magnesium, vit D3, B complex, Taurine, L

WP thyroid vs tirosint
After reacting to mylan levo and synthroid for over a year, was given tirosint. For the last - almost year- all the getting sick/weird stuff has stopped. I'm thinking of changing my Medicare plan for a number of reasons but concerned that I won't be able to get tirosint for a price that I can afford

Anyone else encountered lack of Melanin production due to Hypothyroidism?
However after recent research, I supplemented with L-
Tyrosine
last year when I went on holiday and for the first time in 30 years my skin tanned. Apparently there is a connection with the manufacturing of melanin and

How Ibrutinib works over time

When Bioequivalence in Healthy Volunteers May not Translate to Bioequivalence in Patients
Before going any further, this research was sponsored IBSA - who are behind the Tirosint product. There are many here who would agree that there appear to be differences between makes of levothyroxine. If we accept that the products contain the same amount of levothyroxine, we do need another explanation

Gone hyper?
Is it possible for levothyroxine to trigger hyperthyroidism? I started feeling very hyper the 6th day I was on tirosint .It's one month since I was taken off the medication I still can't find peace of mind. I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto's but maybe I should test for Graves antibodies? . TSH

What supplements?
He did mention just how important selenium &
tyrosine
are & I'm thinking of adding these to my list of supplements.
Tyrosine
only seems to be available in the 'thyroid support' supplements such as Higher Nature Thyroid Support Formula & Now Thyroid Energy.

Thyroid Supplements
My doctor advised me not to take L-
tyrosine
with Levo, But when the Pharmacist says it should be safe to take together. Almost all the thyoid support formulas contain this ingredient. I am so confused I dont know what is right.
