Need advice about T3 levels
The free T4 and the
TSH
are fine by the look of them. Im just wondering if that T3 level is a bit low.

Taking LEVO. Should I stop eating goitrogenic vegetables?
I’m currently still in the process of increasing my levo dose, trying to aim for a
TSH
of around 1. Would the Levothyroxine counteract the effects of my intake of goitrogens do you think? I’d be really interested to hear your views on this. Many thanks for your time.

Are these results okay?
Ft4 was 8.1 (normal range 7-17)
TSH
2.67 ( normal range 0.20- 4.40). I am awaiting a telephone consultation with the GP but am worried that as the results have fallen in the 'normal' range I may be dismissed. I have read on another forum that optimal Ft4 levels are at the upper end of the range?

Updated diagnosis of autoimmune thyroid disorder
The consultant wasn’t rude but couldn’t reconcile my symptoms with my
TSH
being in range and said I’m at risk of developing a thyroid disorder in the future.

Levothyroxine optimised?
My latest thyroid results were:
TSH
1,27 (0,380-5,330μUI/mL) (18% through range) fT4 1,16 (0.38-1,40 ng/dL) (88% through range) fT3 3,79 (2,5-3,9pg/mL) (92% through range) Miraculously they finally tested fT3 for the first time, and I was so happy to see that I seem to be converting well.

Natural thyroid specialist London
I only just got the endo referral in January where I mentioned the joint pain but he didn't seem fussed, but due to my
TSH
still being 2.4, he upped my levo to 50. In just 2 weeks, the joint pain is becoming unbearable.

Got in a mess over reduction of T4
T3 normal
TSH
slightly low. He didn’t question the tablet and never seems to regarding whether to take or not take t4 before test. He saw my NHS normal result from June (again T4 taken 2 hours before by mistake).

Low T3
Until have been on top of my blood regularly but only t4 and
tsh
was being tested. My Endo has only tested my t3 twice since feb 2022. I’m currently abroad and decided to get my blood work done. To be honest this group has been amazing and very informative and I couldn’t be grateful enough.

Low TSH
The T3 is low of course although in range and T4 is way too high - hence me seeking a trial of T3 The
TSH
was 1.08 in July though and I'm wondering why it's gone down to 0.5. My GP increased my dose of Levo from 200 to 225 daily to try and haul T3 up into range - would this account for it?

Help with blood test results please
The private test showed a
TSH
of 4.47, so I went to the GP for further investigation. They ordered a suite of tests, which I've popped below. (It was a fasting blood test, taken at 9:45am). However on the NHS app they all state 'no further action needed'. I must admit I feel a bit despondent.

Central Hypothyroidism
I had a blood test at a hospital (for unrelated reasons) and it showed my
TSH
as 1.12 and my Free T4 as 10.2. The haematology department wrote to my GP asking for a repeat of the tests and if they remain abnormal, to refer me to an endocrinologist.
