Is this hypothyroidism?
T4 really low in range T3 about halfway in range Antibodies TPO and
thyroglobulin
both present but below range. Does that mean definitely not autoimmune? Cortisol high Magnesium high in range. To me the T4 is a big red flag, but with the T3 not so bad I wonder if she's converting T4 to T3 ok.

Autoimmune thyroid diseases as a cost of physiological autoimmune surveillance
GD and HT originate from T cells that are autoreactive to thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) receptor antigens and to
thyroglobulin
(Tg)/thyroid peroxidase (TPO) antigens, respectively. The two diseases exhibit shared risk factors and incidence curves, and can interconvert.

Advice for private blood test following total thyroidectomy please
For example, do I need to test for things like Thyroid peroxidase and antibodies to
thyroglobulin
seeing as I do not even have a thyroid?! I want the most comprehensive test possible but equally do not want to pay for things that are completely irrelevant given my lack of thyroid!
