Get to the route cause
Then after a bit they said well it is not
thrombosis
, you will be able to go home soon, and were once again going to send me home with nothing sorted out. Other than that my breathing was now better. This really puzzled me.

Deep vein
thrombosis
(DVT) accounted for 52% of VTE cases in both cohorts. Median time from start of follow-up to VTE was 2.5 years (IQR 0.9–4.7) in the prostate cancer cohort and 2.9 years (IQR 1.3–5.0) in the comparison cohort.

Is it possible to have chemo again after radiation?
He also mentioned about
thrombosis
? He also said radiation is normally done at the very end when we have exhausted all treatment options. I just find it hard to believe because Ive read in this forum of people doing chemo or other treatment options after they had radiation.

Almost 1 yr on Peg - Update
MPN specialist suggested, despite relatively young age (52) and no history of
thrombosis
, we start cytoreductive therapy. As is usually the case for ET, HU was first line medicine offered. Started on HU slowly and eventually worked my way up to 21 pills/week.

Anybody had the J & J booster?
Her concern with J&J was only
thrombosis
(history of migraines) but with the vaccine, the warning ⚠️ is really only for 18-40 y/o. (I.e. pre-menopause or birth control). 🤔Just trying to cover my bases. Thanks for any input you might have.✨🌷🍀 D🏃🏽♀️

Ketamine and psychological therapy can help heavy drinkers abstain for longer, a new clinical trial shows
Although this is a liver site, alcohol abuse has long been the cause of many long-liver journeys for so many people. I have often referred to alcohol abuse as there being two types of drinkers. Firstly, there is the person who drinks because they want to. But secondly, there is the person who now has
