W4 r3 done. But knee pain. Help....
Finished w4 r3 on Thursday, since then have had left knee pain. I managed aqua aerobics Friday morning . And today have managed a walk, there is no way I'm going to manage a run. Knee says NO.... Gutted is an understatement, really missing the runs. I'm going to rest leg until Monday, and hope that

Strength exercises for running - without weight bearing foot flexion!
So I'm sitting on the IC (having been here for 3 weeks, I'm feeling mighty sorry for myself) with an as yet undiagnosed foot injury - maybe
tendonitis
, maybe a stress fracture.

? Tendonitis - could anyone advise me please?
I've been doing C5K for a good couple of months now and on W7, which I decided to stick at until I could do it comfortably. Along the way, I've had some aches and pains but they have always settled quickly and I've been able to carry on. Last week, I started to get some discomfort with my left ankle

Don't think speed is my thing!
However my darn weak leg - my right one, has had shin splints, calf pain, archilles
tendonitis
and knee issues since I started C25K!!! - was a bit tweaky and from my past injuries I figure it's best to not push it! Why is my left leg so much stronger?

"Speed" podcast run... and a tumble
Felt suprisingly comforable doing my 1-2-3-4 beat runs, and then speeding up for 60 seconds. Had no idea how long this was going to take, but then just as I was going well I tood a tumble on the track I use... it was one of those slow mo things when you know you are going to fall, but try so hard not

Has anyone had this combo of bloodwork and symptoms?
I have symptoms related to each of these conditions, but my worst symptoms are headaches, and chronic
tendonitis
everywhere. Oh . . and this heel that says red and inflamed and peels every couple of weeks. I eat a healthy diet and I exercise regularly as it seems to help with the symptoms.

Restarted running.
So after being diagnosed with
tendonitis
in March and not run since, tonight I picked up from where I left off. I decided to throw myself in the deep and and completed run 2 of week 5. I managed it 2× 8 min runs ankle feels ok and I feel so much happier.

Quinolones
The first of these, issued in July 2008, warned about the risk for
tendonitis
and tendon rupture. The most common site is the Achilles tendon, though shoulder tendons are also frequently involved.

I am a bit nervous about rheumy appointment...
My bloods came back normal but I still get darts of pain in my arms and legs, shoulders get a tingly,
tendonitis
feeling. Lowerback ache and stiffness can be a real challenge to try and stand tall. Do they diagnose you there or am I to expect more tests?

Diaphram injury
Hello. I had my cryoblation eight weeks ago and my heart is great. Unfortunately my diaphram nerve was injured and my right lung isn't expanding properly. Anxiety cause pop noise on right side head then some numbness on side of head
My fingers felt like it had Carol tunnel syndrome or
tendonitis
because I had pain lifting things and my pains were along my arm beginning from my elbow. (The pain has gone away from a lot of pain to very small pain just my strength isn't there). I haven't lost any weight that is serious.

Boo, yay, boo!
So after graduating several weeks ago, I have been pushing on through the running, slowly increasing how long I run to try and reach the elusive 5k. The most I have been able to reach before was 4 k in 36 mins. Not fast but good for me. That was until last week. Wednesday I had had an exhausting day

Running again! 500 calorie burn this morning!
So since my Achilles
tendonitis
injury I have been taking it easy and missed my running so much! This week as I have zero pain now and only mild (like a 1 out of ten) if I push it I started trying the C25K from week one. I found the stop start very helpful. One minute run one minute to recover.

Week Nine - Sore Achilles (first time poster)
I made it all the way through to finish week eight, then just before the Easter break I also did lots of walking (on the same days as my early morning runs) and now I have a sore achilles heel (
tendonitis
?).

Annoying injury holding me back!
I think it is archilles
tendonitis
. When it is getting better it's just a dull ache at the back of my ankle. But as it flares up the pain rises up the back of my calf. This morning my ankle felt normal so I tried a couple of minutes gentle jog but nope, it flares up my calf.

Does anyone use KT Tape or Rock Tape for foot drop or ms hug? If so, do you have to wear it all the time for it to work?
