Over fatigue feeling plus tremors on hands
I discusses this with my doctor and he said it’s probably from my meds like advagraf-
tacrolimus
. I also got the BK virus from the transplanted kidney and my levels are getting higher. Is anyone else experiencing this? Also, I started losing my hair which is depressing as well.

Hair loss after transplant
She is taking
tacrolimus
, cellcept, prednisone , acyclovir, and K-phos. Her hair has been falling out a lot since then. I realize that compared to many of the side effects, this is not as bad. So her doctors are not bothered by it.

Sudden rise in Tacrolimus
When I went for my August bloodwork, my
Tacrolimus
trough, which had been running 5-7, was suddenly 9.6. When I did my bloodwork earlier this week, my
Tacrolimus
was again high, 9.4. I have not changed my
Tacrolimus
dosage at all, and the rest of my lab work was within normal range.

Protein in Urine
(I had the latter two when I was taking
tacrolimus
). It can also interact with diuretics (which I take to control bloating). And is not recommended to be take with the myfortic (which I am taking). Belatacept also has side effects, though they seem less likely.

Type Two Diabetes - “Some artificial sweeteners can raise your blood sugar”
Tacrolimus
and Cyclosporin are calcineurin inhibitors. So there might be a connection between anti-rejection medication and the function of CRCT2. This is all still rather new, and medical research is still very much on-going.

Severe post transplant sweating
I’m on
Tacrolimus
and the levels have been fluctuating wildly. I was requiring a boat trailer the last 2 days, not that hot in Ohio yet. Shirts, underwear and shorts get soaked within an hour.

advise on how to manage the derma (skin) with DM
My rheumatologist prescribed
tacrolimus
cream but advised it would burn- I've also got the heliotropic rash which frequently flares as well and am afraid to use the cream on it as it can be very uncomfortable when it flares - I have yet to figure out if there are any triggers.

Tacrolimus vs. Cyclosporine
Does anyone take Cyclosporine instead of
Tacrolimus
? I have recently made the change to Cyclosporine in order to grow back my very thin hair.
Tacrolimus
caused my really good head of hair to thin and fall out.

Underarm Rash
I have seen the dermatologist and tried
Tacrolimus
, Triamcinolone Acetonide, Serniv, 2% Hydrocortisone, and Muciprocin. Some help a minor amount but it always comes back. Has anyone dealt with similar and found relief? Any thoughts are much appreciated!
