Prednisolone diary 2 - from 5 to 4.5mg
Although my lung inflammation has benefited greatly in this time, I have developed severe daily episodes of sweating,
tachycardia
, extreme fatigue, nausea and shaking. So my goal is to reduce by 0.5mg every 2 weeks, getting rid of these symptoms without jeopardising my lungs.

A year post ablation - update
In the end it took six months, in my case, until I really started to feel back to normal.... with monthly ectopics and occasional atrial
tachycardia
. I also had some afib runs in the first three months.

Newly diagnosed and feeling alone
I have a number of medical conditions, Ehlers Danlos type 3 at the highest end of the beighton scale, postural orthostatic
tachycardia
and vasovagal syncope, so we have dealt with a lot over the past few years. However, the fear which is running though is currently is so upsetting.

Experiencing palpitations - believe it may be SVT
Every time I've been to A&E the ECG has shown no irregularities, other than sinus
tachycardia
. I think I may be suffering from supra ventricular
tachycardia
, but until I get a diagnosis of the cardiologist I'm just stuck worrying.

Prevalence of Cardiac Arrhythmias in Hypothyroid and Euthyroid Patients
Chi-square analysis revealed a higher prevalence of ventricular
tachycardia
(p=0.04) and any ventricular arrhythmia in the hypothyroid group (p=0.007). This relatively large case control study revealed a statistically higher prevalence of ventricular arrhythmias in hypothyroidism.

Has anyone experienced a-fib and
tachycardia
? How did you fare? I hate thoughts of yet another medicine (main side-effect = fatigue). Overall very discouraged about the recurrent infection/accumulation of fluid, and new cardiac issue. I'm 49, diagnosed at age 40 stage 2-3, now have cirrhosis.

Anxiety and panic attacks
I want to get better and I even went to a cardiologist to get checked in which they advised me I have
tachycardia
secondary to anxiety. I am on a beta blocker but every little thing I feel in my body I cant help but think I'm dying. It's the worst feeling in the world.

Well, some good news..sort of?
Yesterday afternoon I ended up back in th ER after a bout of
tachycardia
with extreme nausea and a crazy blood pressure reading (126/103. Bizarre!) I didn't have a heart attack, but there is a small concern at this point that I may have unstable angina.

Prednisolone diary - May
In that time, I've developed severe daily episodes of sweating,
tachycardia
, nausea and shaking. Even more debilitating has been the profound fatigue.

Should I be chasing for answers?
The diagnosis given was
Tachycardia
- Bradycardia. On 28th March I had an echo-cardiogram & was fitted with a 7 day monitor. I am still waiting for results but in the meantime I am having regular events which make me feel very unwell.

Post First Ablation
My consultant stated it's possibly sinus
tachycardia
caused by the ablation and impacts on my autonomics. Any help appreciated, as I've already ended up in A&E once..
