Home Ambulatory BP Recording Advice
I am currently on 2 meds and always have higher BP in
surgery
(white coat syndrome or just more stressed). I was advised to take 2 readings for each 1 min apart and record the lowest and then average the 6 readings each day. My recordings seem to fluctuate massively.

My husband developed necrosis of jaw due to Xgeva, had one
surgery
and molar removed. It came back and just had another
surgery
with 6 nights in hospital and the second
surgery
plus part of jaw removed. This was after original
surgery
and heavy antibiotics for 6 weeks.

Struggling with feeling like I’m “overreacting” whilst pushing for a diagnosis?
There is also the fact that, reading other people’s stories, my pain has not reached a stage where I would require
surgery
(my heart goes out to every single one of you!). Sometimes it makes me wonder if I’m exaggerating the pain I do feel?

menstruation after bilateral oophorectomy
In 2020 I had
surgery
and both ovaries were removed since they were necrotic. I never really knew what happened because you hadn't even started a sexual life and it turns out that they were infected by a sexually transmitted infection. After the operation 6 months passed and she menstruated again.

Her large stomach wound from her colon resection then emergency
surgery
is still open with a fistula. In 2 weeks it shrunk from 23 cm long to 20 cm. So it IS healing. She also has a sacral pressure ulcer that was stage 3 bordering stage 4. It’s having trouble healing and has had a debreidment.

Hi everyone, so, I have had a telephone call from the pharmacist attached to my GP
surgery
this morning to discuss my recent blood test results. These bloods did not include thyroid as this was only tested last month and I received the results and all was ok.
