Out of town prostatectomy
I suspect a local urologist would be hesitant to follow up on a patient whom had his
surgery
done by someone else.

Artificial Urinary Sphincter? Finding a surgeon and understanding recovery?
I would really appreciate hearing from anyone that has been through the AUS
surgery
that can tell me: 1) How was your recovery compared to RP or if you had sling
surgery
. Was there any problems with your recovery? How was pain managed?

BMI and "radical" endometriosis surgery
I'm also stressing about what is meant by "radical
surgery
" would this refer to something like a hysterectomy as I'm only 25, with no children and desperately want a family if it's possible.

Wondering what to do
I also had
surgery
in 2020 when I was diagnosed. My last lot of single carbo chemo have me a stable few months which I was very pleased with. My consultant here in Brighton has now referred me to see if there is a trial I could go on, at my request, to Guys Hospital in London.

coil advice
I am hoping that the mirena coil could help by possibly reducing or stopping my periods (when my headaches are at their worst) One attempt to insert the coil at my GP
surgery
was traumatic and unsuccessful.

another surgery just 6 months after my first!
Since my
surgery
, my pain has been worse than before, particularly when passing urine. This was a new symptom for me as I never had any issues with passing urine before
surgery
. Now it hurts to hold my wee and sometimes I retain it and canโt go despite feeling desperate.

Increase injections?
My serum B12 levels are now above range (GP still testing), but after having an injection at the
surgery
last week, Iโve had an increase in symptoms. I have had tinnitus since December and this seems to also be worsening slightly.

Trouble emptying bladder
I'm waiting for
surgery
for laparoscopy for stage 4 endometriosis found on my ovaries, uterus and bowels. I've been really lucky that I don't get really bad symptoms and most of the time I can manage the pain. I sometimes get painful periods but with medicine it can be okay most of the time.

After
surgery
my penis is extremely bruised and swollen and it looks like I have only been given a partial circumcision as only half the glans is visible (not sure if this will change when the swelling goes down) Has anybody else had a partial circumcision, as there is still some foreskin the stitches

How accurate is a visual field test?
I have another appointment the end of April and
surgery
will be scheduled if another test is not good. My pressure they think is too high. It settled about 14/15 after
surgery
, gradually increased to 29 in December and now 20 with maximum eye drops.

Strange results
Today GP
surgery
has rung to say no infection in my urine but high levels of leukocyte (white blood cells), traces of blood and protein. I'm to only take 3 days of the antibiotics and take another urine sample in, in 10 days.
