Graves Weight Gain
Fast forward and I got a personal trainer and started working on my diet, going into calorie deficit, strength training 4x a week, swimming 2x a week, getting 8k-10k steps a day consistently, and trying my best to reduce
stress
. This held my weight in place BARELY.

Anyone tried Black Seed Oil?
Studies are currently focusing on targeting neuroinflammation and oxidative
stress
to effectively treat PD. This study evaluated the neuroprotective effect of TQ, one of the active compounds in the black seed, against 1-methyl-4-phenyl 1,2,3,6 tetrahydropyridine (MPTP)-induced PD mouse model.

Surrendering to Parkinson's is not "throwing in the towel" it is "changing it for a new one."
Everything seemed to be going well until you observed an obstacle that stood in your way, plunging your body into a nest of pure
stress
, a constant vicious cumulative cycle of thoughts, perceptions, and defensive responses to an illusory threat created by your mind since childhood. and fed by belief

Found out coils are sometimes replaced after 4 yrs instead of 5, when used for managing endo symptoms!
Do not put up with
stress
, pain, trauma. It can just do a number on your mental health. Has anyone else found out any bits and bobs like this along the way that we could all benefit from?

Magnesium Taurate, anyone here take it and have seen any benefits for SVT/PAC/PVC’s?
Anyway, post ablation I’ve not had A-fib touch wood, but I’m getting loads of ectopics and recently went for a
stress
test at the hospital where I did 29 mins on the treadmill but could feel every single bump and it’s usually when I’m walking fast and or uphill.

1st home test Tuesday, just to clarify.
Also, I am on occasional propranolol for
stress
/adrenaline as and when needed, but I have not taken one since yesterday, & dont intend to until test done, so will this gap be sufficient because I understand it can interfere.

What types of food to eat with Nubeqa, to help protect the liver or other organs?
I suppose that Lupron might lessen liver
stress
too, as opposed to Orgovyx. George

I should have added my husband was admitted to hospital last week with side effects from his Keytruda, so it was a stressful few days, he's home and fine now, but it is an ongoing journey, with metastatic melanoma, brain tumour .

If i stop, I'll brake, If i keep going, I'll crash.
My future husband after been pushed by me and his mum, has been to his Dr who diagnosed him with
stress
, depression and anxiety. 6. Before all this kicked off, i signed up to an online access to medicine course. Why?

HELP PLEASE
Many years ago I was diagnosed with IBS,
stress
related, having many visits to the bathroom without pain or bloating; I do not take medication. I have an underactive thyroid and take Thyroxine. Over the last year or so I have lost weight going from a size 16 to a 12.

Endo diet and bowel symptoms
I'm so desperate for it to stop, it's starting to really limit my life, especially as it seems to be triggered by
stress
and if I go anywhere far from home I'm terrified of having an attack. I don't know what to do.

1 run to go !!
This C25K journey again has been amazing, my job is full on and very demanding so to have this in my back pocket to kick the
stress
of the day well and truly out of the window has been a 🙏. Running for me brings me a pocket of time in the day just for me and I think that is so important.

New IBS diagnosis
.. in hindsight I suppose that would be the obvious reason for the scan but seeing it in black and white it raised my anxiety and
stress
through the roof.

Finding my way through procrastination / avoidance & anxiety
Stress
and anxiety keep mounting. I'm avoiding unpleasant tasks and things I don't feel or think I know the answers to, and struggling to find my way through.

I could use some advice.....
Suffice it to say, following minimal adjustments made and even more work,
stress
and pressure they put me on a Performance Improvement Plan for 4 weeks. As of last week they terminated employment saying I'd failed the PIP.

The
stress
leads me into psychosis and depression. Sometimes I get depression so bad I can’t get out of bed for a week and that affects my work. Or I get psychosis and that affects my work.
