Librax side effects
And more importantly, are there natural ways to cope with the pain, discomfort, and
stress
of IBS?
Stress
seems to be an unavoidable part of life, but I'm eager to explore alternatives that might offer relief without these unwanted side effects.

They say that
stress
can cause heart attack takotsubo syndrome even if I have a healthy heart. I'm constantly afraid of being scared because of this situation, please help me in case I get too scared and die.

A very long flare or mental stress and grief?
Could it be
stress
that is putting me into a permanent flare? There are a lot of other stressful things going on in my life in addition to my parent's situation as well.

I will not let

control my life. Letting go of things I can’t control will be helpful in this season.

Eltroxin: recommended pharmacies offering postal delivery for NHS prescriptions, please.
I can double up with my stock of 50 mcg tablets to last me another fortnight, but am finding the
stress
very tiring.

Do people with PA/B12 deficiency get run down more easily, even if undergoing treatment?
I have PA and I am self injecting, but I’m just curious if we get tired more easily or deplete our reserves more quickly in times of high
stress
or intense work, even if under treatment? I thought I’d be more “normal” because I’m injecting, but maybe I just have a new normal now.

I have a terrible headache between my eyebrows but it could be
stress
or sinus. I can’t imagine moving tomorrow feeling this way.

Pleased to meet you all!
My sleep has never been great for a while and like many, I have my fair share of
stress
in life as well. It’s great to meet you all. Any thoughts or advice would be warmly received. Thanks in advance.

Ear plugs
Although tinnitus didn't get a mention it did
stress
the importance of looking after your hearing. I was disappointed it only used one make of earplug but I guess it would a need a much longer program to cover other options. https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m0020pff

thankyou
I had a HA in May (40 at the time) and reading everyone’s post gives me a touch of calm and comfort knowing I’m not alone in terms of peoples constant worry,
stress
and concerns. Not much more to share at this point I just wanted to say a BIG thanks to everyone.

For most, taking public transport is done without much thought or
stress
. But, sight loss can have a huge impact on the relative ease with which most people travel.

low heart rate
The doctors know he has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s but they think it is angina due to
stress
. I know MSA usually presents with dizziness when standing and blood pressure drop but has anyone had experience with a low heart rate? Many thanks

is definitely not a trigger to my symptoms.

Shooting pain if left upper chest
Hi, I’m trying undergoing investigations for possible IBS which they think has been brought on by
stress
and anxiety. My main symptoms are stomach gurgling and constipation. I also have shooting pains and aching in the upper left part of my chest which seems to be worst at night.

For those of you new to this world, follow the docs advice, make lifestyle changes, lose weight if you need to, cut out
stress
, it really does make a huge difference.

Supplements and hair loss ....help
Do you think supplements can cause hair loss, i must admit i take a shedload of vitamins and always have done so, but suddenly my hair is falling out in handfuls and its upsetting me terribly, or do you think its
stress
related because I've had a very difficult couple of years.
