Hello Folks,

It wasn't until I tried to fit a carbocisteine capsule into my handihaler that I realised I had just swallowed a

Back again
We had a lovely time but I really noticed I was much more breathless than usual in London due to all the traffic fumes and I had to use my ventolin every day as well as my usual

A milestone
OK, I had to have a little rest after each flight and when I got to the top I had to use my ventolin for the first time since I went on to
Spiriva
but I recovered my breath quite quickly really. I'm quite proud. Lynne x

I've just been prescribed Spiriva (for breathlessness due to obliterative bronchiolitis) and wonder how others find it?
When do people usually take it and do you take it with other inhaled meds (like salbutamol/ventolin and seretide, in my case)?

Indacaterol (onbrez) inhaler
Has anybody started using the onbrez inhaler instead of
Spiriva
Respimat? I seem to have had a rather bad reaction to Respimat and have been looking at what could take its place. And this seems the best to ask the doctor for. Sometimes I like to do my own own research and be my doctor.

I'm new!
I went to see him again yesterday and he wants me to try an additional inhaler for a month (
Spiriva
) as he thinks that my help improve my peak flow which is pretty poor. So I have got it and will try it for 30 days and record my peak flow every day. I find the whole thing such a shock.
