Literally depressed
So I've been having bouts of a bloody stool once in a while. At times with some sharp pain. Initially I associated it with ginger uptake, but have learnt it could be colon cancer. Have not been to a doctor yet, but slowly getting into depression

Differences in those with or without a thyroid
One area tends to confound me a bit here. I’m in the US and focused on thyroid cancer and those of us who have had thyroidectomies. This is one of the best thyroid forums around (excellent information, great mods and caring support) and I often refer folks who come to our US thyroid cancer forum here

Etoposide
Hi all, was diagnosed with OC stage 3c jan 2016, after many chemo’s have been told that there is nothing else that can be done to halt the cancer and have been given Etoposide to try and slow it down. Anyone else had these ?

Study finds lung transplant patients not given antifungal preventive drugs have higher risk of death.
Antifungal preventive medications reduce mortality risk by half in the first year following lung transplantation, according to Mayo Clinic research involving 667 patients who received lung transplants from 2005 to 2018. The retrospective study, published in the Annals of the American Thoracic Society

What is this?
Hi all, I'm a 44 year old female and for the past month, I've had blood and white mucus in my stool and there's also blood when I pass gas. It feels like I have to poop all the time, even after I just went. I had a hemorrhoidectomy two years ago and I thought the hemorrhoids may have returned (even though

PBC and progression
With having PBC, if you respond to the medicines, will you definitely still need a liver transplant say if you have PBC for 30-40 years? How much does Urso slow the progression since no matter what PBC always progresses?

Stage 4 colon treatment option...going it alone.
This is my first post. I am a 61 year old (normally mentally positive) male and after having a colonoscopy due to having blood in my stools/stomach pains (due to blockage) I have been diagnosed with a 4cm malignant sigmoid colon cancer and am now awaiting MDT team to comment on the pet scans I have had

Hello, I am 10 years post kidney transplant patient. I have osteoporosis, I have lately had some painful knee pain. Curious if anyone else may have osteoporosis, and how you deal with the joint pain. Thanks

Colon cancer? (Contains pics)
Hi, I’m a 24 year old male who has been experiencing belching, stomach discomfort, fatigue and loss of appetite when I wake up. I’ve been experiencing this for about a year now but haven’t really paid any attention to it until recently after hearing Chadwick Boseman died from colon cancer which I researched

Please help!! Colon cancer?
Hi! I'm a 23 years old woman who started seeing mucus with thin stool, this lasted for sometime then stopped. Then morning diarrhea for months, I started feeling tired and had to go see my doctor. I was treated for IBS. But I think I have colon cancer because there might be blood in my stool. I'm worried

But his hemoglobin started to be low like 9 from 12. We asked doctor couple of times he just asked us to focus on PSA which is 0.01. But now my father
