Now told I'm brittle, puzzled
I'm now on 1000mg a day of Clenil Modulite, Ventolin when needed,
Singulair
10mg, and a short course of Prednisolone 30mg. Still got breathless today when I walked to the village and had to turn around and come home. So frustrating.

Halleluyah! Doc finally listened and changed my meds
Anyway about 3 months ago, doc started reducing my meds, and have gone from 3 inhalers plus
singulair
and occasional prednisolone down to just 2 inhalers plus ventolin.

Feel a bit of a fraud!!
Finally I tried
Singulair
and my symptoms vastly improved. So things had been going fine for a few months, rarely using my salbutamol except for exercise, that is until xmas. Since then I've been having daily symptoms and struggling like mad with exercise again.

Loss of Voice when trying to Train!!!!!
My asthma nurse has recommended that I be out on the oral tablets, (
Singulair
?), as this helps with irritant induced asthma and hopefully would reduce amount of seretide that I would need to take - I see the doctor tomrrow about this.

Singulair/Montelukast
Just been prescribed this last night so only taking second pill tonight. I'm curious as to how other people have found it? I finally got some sense from my GP after my dad spoke to him last Friday.

Just wondering how many people are on
singulair
and are suffering from alot of tiredness. This topic started in the general folder as tiredness. We also commented drinking alot and I seem to be alot more hungry then I have ever been.

Reducing Seretide
If it doesn't get worse should I come off the Seretide altogether and just stay on
Singulair
? I wouldn't mind but I've only been under control for less than two months!!

It's a long one, but could use your opinions please!
She's now put me on
singulair
, which, although it's only been 2 weeks I think is helping, at least I'm feeling the best I've felt all year, and I'm seeing my GP at the end of this month and she wants me to tell him everything that happened with the cons.

Breathing advice on NHS
I suffer with Exercise Induced Asthma still despite being on Seretide and
Singulair
which are supposed to be Gold Standard meds for EIA. My normal every day symptoms have greatly improved now but exercise is still a problem.

Chewable Singulair
Hey, When I was discharged from hospital they discharged me with Chewable
Singulair
x2 at night. So it's exactly the same as my old dose, just in 2 tablets. I'm more curious than anything as to why. Any suggestions or just a case of they ran out of 10mg? Thanks Vicky x

Is coughing actually that bad?
I have been on
singulair
for nearly 3 months now as a result of exercise induced asthma, which left me with a persistent cough for roughly 48 hours,
singulair
has stoped that, but as a result the PF values have had a steady decline since.
