Haldol Injection for Parkinsons Patient!!! PART 1
I've been taking less
sinemet
than originally started on. I'd even gotten the pain down to minimal. I also have bipolar disorder. About a month ago I had two psychotic incidences. I did have some difficulty with medication management.

The
sinemet
worked well, and recently after being sick for three months again the
sinemet
was increased and again the lights are on, and I am functional again. My last visit with the neuro stated I could possibly have a conversion disorder again.

Sinemet
Had anyone found a difference between the generic carb/levo and
sinemet
? Besides the price? I'm taking the generic and get a lot of mucous and swallowing problems after i take it.

Azilect and Sinemet
I tried to take selegeline with
sinemet
25/100 4xday. I quit after a week because the dyskinesia was so bad. My neuro did not discuss with me how or when to reduce the
sinemet
. I would like to try it again. I felt better motor skills. The
sinemet
lasted much longer.

Sudden worsening of symptoms
Until May this Year I was on
Sinemet
62.5 mg 4 times a day, Requip 5mg and Azilect. My only problem was fatigue, but my mobility was good, so my nurse advised me to gradually double my
Sinemet
to 125 mg 4 times daily.

Sinemet
or Parcopa [carbidopa and levodopa]) is usually able to significantly and effectively reduce symptoms for one to five years — longer in about 25 percent of patients. 3. Waning medication response.

New information on sinemet
Many Parkinson’s disease patients and family members have been unnecessarily alarmed by the continuing reports that
Sinemet
and/or Madopar (European
Sinemet
) may accelerate disease progression, and that doses and drug intervals should be limited.

Does anyone have a good experience with Sinemet?
Everyone talks about all the horrible side effects of
Sinemet
and how their loved one is much better without it! S has been on it now for over a year and I can only say good things. His movement is a lot better now, than it was before, allowing for PSP taking it's toll.

Diagnosed 5+ years no exercise program...
Taking
Sinemet
, Exelon, Nemenda and Selegiline. I'm tired of exercising when I don't want to and not sure if it helps. I have no faith in my Doctors. "Practicing" is now a bad word for me. Everything is "It can only help"??? I want to know if it works!

Trouble with Sinemet dosing
Started
Sinemet
end 2012, 3x100mg /d as I was getting weaker. I sailed along OK for about one year, then suddenly one to two hours after taking a dose I would go into almost a convulsion like state with intense tremor and weakness.

What color lessens your PD symptoms ............... Yellow, Green, Blue, or Red?
If you are taking
Sinemet
, make sure you are in the "off" mode. 2. If you have Microsoft Paint on your computer, click on a color and use the paintbucket icon to color the background. Then click on full screen and stare at the color for 60 seconds. 3.
