Best timing for taking levo and vits
Hiya So I'm going to be taking my levothyroxine and b12 vits with folate and some
selenium
. I normally take my Levo as soon as I wake up in the morning. What's the best time to take the b12 and
selenium
in the day or does it not matter? Thanks. Pen

High zinc levels
My
selenium
is 112 ug/l (65-150) and my serum zinc 27.6 (umol/L 11=18). Does anyone have any ideas as to why my zinc could be this high and what (if anything) I should do? Thanks, Jen

I take the normal vitamins, vit C, zinc, vit D, Ferratin, K2, small amount of
selenium
and magnesium, maybe not enough as it's added together in a syrup Thanks in advance.

Reasons Of Rise In Thyroid Problem
I especially prescribe magnesium, calcium, zinc and
selenium
. Certain botanicals can be useful also. Since numerous thyroid conditions are related with irritation, cooling herbs are prescribed.

Selenium ACE, Selenium With Zinc, etc?
As
selenium
is often sold in combination with other nutrients, which would you recommend:
selenium
on its own;
selenium
with vitamins A, C and E;
selenium
with zinc; or
selenium
with ACE and zinc? Ideally I would regularly test for these nutrients but the cost is somewhat prohibitive! Cheers.
