A breathless week!
I was admitted, 2 doctors (a GP and on call resp doctor could hear crackles at base/back of lungs) and I had 5
salbutamol
nebulisers over about 8 hours (on call resp doctor heard crackles after I had had nebs).

31/2 weeks since Nucala injection
Hi...well it started off pretty rough with vomiting and exhaustion but now I am breathing 90% better than before...it is amazing. I had not been able to leave my apartment for almost two months without using my rescue inhaler just to go a few blocks and then hurry back to use my nebulizer and be in

Pleurisy? Whatever it is, it's debilitating
I'm new to this site and have been reading as many threads as possible about pleurisy. My situation as briefly as possible: In late March was stricken out of the blue with right upper chest pain. Hard to breath, pain 9 out of 10, thought I was dying. The ran chest xrays, CT with contrast, blood tests

Bad spell of asthma
He was taking
salbutamol
& lowest dose seretide. He has now been increased to Seretide 500 & given atrovent inhaler & a nebuliser. How often should he be using the atrovent nebules rather than the inhaler? It just arrived but he wasn’t given much guidance on how often.

Asthma App
I keep a symptom and
salbutamol
diary in the notes on my phone but it’s getting a bit messy and cumbersome. I’ve tried downloading some apps to track these and it is much easier, however I haven’t found an app that I’ve really fallen in love with.

Silent Brittle asthma
Everything settled down and I ended up with pretty much no flare ups and my
Salbutamol
inhaler would run out of date before it ran out ..... life was good again. Occasional flare ups I could manage with nebulised
Salbutamol
and Ipratropium.

New to this group and hoping for thoughts
I take Fexofenadine so don’t get set off for allergies very often, in fact I can go many months without any flare up, but when it does flare it hits me hard so I have a nebuliser at home and need
Salbutamol
and Ipratropium together.

Hayfever and asthma attacks
I take Fexofenadine prescribed for hayfever as well as usual Flutiform and occasional
Salbutamol
as needed. Last day or so I have really struggled when out and about. Today have had a few bad attacks and am now left with an itchy throat, wheeze and short of breath.

This whole time I only had

Flare ups
Has a severe asthmatic if my albuterol inhaler and nebulizer is not working after 20 Puffs and 10 vials I go to the ER. Sometimes I don't even make it up to that and end up calling an ambulance. Seriously call 911 before you start panicking.
