Bristol 10k
C25k got me
running
when I was approaching 60 and yesterday I was the fastest in the 70-74 age group at Bristol.
Running
over the last decade has brought me an amazing amount of enjoyment. Thank you everyone and I hope everyone continues to enjoy their runs 😀🏃♀️🏃🏻♂️

Unplanned tempo runs rule!
I do feel for our loved ones who aren’t quite into
running
as much as we are sometimes!! Anyone else relate? Happy
running
everyone! Enjoy the cooler weather if you’ve got it!

Week 5 Run 3 Completed! Not the best feeling.
I do enjoy
running
, so comments like "If you don't enjoy
running
, maybe take a rest for some days" is definitely not the comment I'm seeking. Just feeling discouraged and venting here. I have the 5K Barbie Run 2024 on September, 22nd. I hope I can make it, don't feel that confident anymore.

Slow Pace
I'm into week 6 and at my current pace
running
for 30 mins won't get me near 5K. Any solutions other than
running
faster?

Weekly Chat: July 22 to 28: Something to Crow About?
Saturday was a beautiful day. 25C, blue skies, a gentle warm breeze; thinnest short sleeved
running
shirt conditions. Just perfect.

WEEKLY CHAT 2ND-8TH SEPTEMBER ☕️🫖
But what about those of you who are in between races or those of you who don’t enter races at all and are maybe
running
amok and not following any plan? How is that working for you? And of course, it wouldn’t be a
running
post without mentioning those of you who can not run at all at the minute.

Runny Nose
Does anyone else get a runny nose when they are
running
? In February, I blamed it on the cold. In Spring, I blamed it on the pollen. Now, I'm not sure what to blame...

Phase 1: CBP-1018 interesting because it targets bone metastasis as well!
I will keep an eye on this (I am
running
out of eyes!) preliminary results look promising https://www.pharmaceutical-technology.com/data-insights/cbp-1018-coherent-biopharma-bone-metastasis-likelihood-of-approval/?utm_source=Search&utm_medium=Error+page
