Mild something going on, air bubbles, air moving in lung??
I had asthma as a child and smoked in my 20's at weekends but would go through a pack a night. 22 years a non smoker. Now 52 . Other than my wife burning the odd candle to my annoyance I've had zero exposures to fumes. Normal spirometry (My FEV1 has declined but still preserved close to where it was

Mid April I had one intense
PVC
episode while driving. Only it was like a few weird bumps and then bam my heart was pounding. Before I could find a spot to pull over it was back to beating normally. After that suddenly my PVCs were gone and my heart rate was drastically lower.

Amioderone for PVC's
Hi I have had pvc's for 45 years now and none of the drugs that were available that many years ago were effective. I have heard of a drug called Amiodarone which is getting good reviews for safety and effectiveness. Is there anyone out there who has tried this? Regards Cliff in Western Australia

High heart rate at night
I have been suffering from night time
PVC
's for around five years. I have had every test under the sun incuding angiogrammes and calcium scoring, only to conclude that there is just normal wear and tear on my heart.

When you are better and then worse
I think I was doing better over the last few months and then my doctor sticks me on Lexapro an I get an ear infection (unrelated but at the same time) These two actions have thrown me way off. I am off the lexapro but it really made for a tough month and the ear thing was taken care of by ENT. I am

Junctional Rhythm - Any other sufferers?
Hi Guys, Been a while since I posted but after a clear Echo, clear ECG and a 7 day holter I have been diagnosed with mostly NSR but occasional bouts of Junctional Rhythm, I'm a 29 year old female, not obese not overly active but I try to exercise semi-regularly and do run about after my little children

Premature ventricular contractions 5 months post ablation
Happy Sunday, everyone! In early January this year I had an ablation for Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation which worked like magic for me... but something else is now happening; Before the procedure I was getting many periods per day/night of what I used to describe as 'low bpm' AF; appeared on the Kardia

taking seretide (advair) and Qvar together
Hi all -- Has anyone's GP or specialist ever OKed the use of Qvar and Seretide together? I've been taking Seretide 500/50 during the current exacerbation and for the last year. It kept me alive, but not enough to work and live a normal life. 3 days ago, out of desperation, I started using Qvar100 as

Has Anyone Else Experienced This?
Some of my PVCs lately have been feeling more like a swish(?) instead of like a heavy thump. Anyone else have experienced this? Or maybe the thump just hasn’t been as heavy as it usually is. I know this isn’t AFib related and I don’t have it (hopefully) but I received a lot of great feedback and reassurance

Big belly
I’m going in for an ablation on July 22 to try to alleviate premature ventricular contractions. My only concern is that I am overweight with most of that weight concentrated in my belly. If everything else is in good order do you think I have a lot to worry about?

Feeling Etopic Beats/ PVCS Very Scared
For awhile I’ve been feeling my heart skip beats that freak the mess out of me. Went to the doctor and they always told me it was just anxiety. But sometimes it’ll happen when I’m not even doing anything. So I received a holter monitor and it came back with normal heart rhythm with occasional pvcs and

Has anyone experienced painful PVCs or thuds when on the brink of sleep when stressed or just me?
Has anyone experienced when they are in bed say after a long day, after taking in salt, maybe alcohol(stimulants), they are stressed---PVCs? I had two like two big thuds, somewhat painful that shook me in bed and last night and winded me a bit. I breathed and coughed(vagal maneuver) and my heart was

Ectopic Snowball Effect
Hi, I've been reading here for a couple of years but this is my first post. I found the forum when, almost 2 years ago, I suddenly had a lot of ectopic heartbeats. I was in the shower and stressed out and they just suddenly started. I was having stomach pain at the time (stress) and after a couple
