Starting pluvicto in another month
They stopped the chemo due to rising
PSA
so I qualify for the pluvicto now and qualify fir the PET scan in two weeks. I hope this works and get longer time being around so it will be worth it. I read where prebiotic will help but what about supplements to help with the side effects ?

I hate that drug, so I was almost relieved that
PSA
started rising again : 1.7 to 3.3 and evidence of small mets in spine. Because I had to work in Australia for 2 months we did nothing (except I added Propanalol.

New 2024 AUA/ASTRO/SUO Guidelines for Salvage Therapy
I think they should recommend adjuvant ADT at a
PSA
≥0.35 instead of ≥0.7 because I think patients are hoping for curative SRT and not just equivalent survival.

How long should I continue with bicalutamide after radiotherapy?
He suggested that I stay on the two drugs for another 6 weeks (4 more to go), then do labs for
PSA
and for testosterone. If
PSA
is low (as it should be), he's comfortable with me getting off the drugs.

My weight I was 138kg now I am 107kg Anti depressants certainly My T score is now 24 nmols, my
psa

Is my recovery typical or more novel
I had 7=4+3 prostate cancer
PSA
=5.4 with a Gleason of 0.7. MRI showed the tumor had not compromised the wall of the prostate. It was an aggressive cancer genetically and was at stage three. Bad news but apparently ample margin for victory.

UPDATE
Had my 3 month lupron injection yesterday and
PSA
checked. I have been on xtandi since last June,
PSA
yesterday was 0.08. Three months ago it was 0.16. The PA told me most men on xtandi’s run last between 2 and 3 years. I hope she is wrong in my case. Any one have any thoughts about this.

Lupron and Abiraterone post treatment expectations?
Ive had RP;
PSA
didn’t go to zero; started Lupron and Abi + Prednisone and then 33 radiation treatments of whole pelvic region.
PSA
has been undetected for 7 mos now. Hope to stop all treatments after 6/24 Has anyone walked similar path? Did
PSA
stay at zero? Did libido return?

Lymph node treatments
Note my
PSA
has risen from 0.27 in November to .49 in April I started Xtandi in June 2022 when my
PSA
was 0.69 and it quickly dropped to 0.40 in July but has slowly but steadly climbed back up Is the rise in
PSA
a result of this mild progression of disease in the lymph nodes or resistance to Xtandi

Re: Taxotere chemo after post surgery IMRT
First post surgery
PSA
was 20. PSMA pet showed some invasion to pelvic lymph nodes no where else. Put on Lupron , generic Zytiga and prednisone and given 6 weeks of IMRT. Has to wait 3 months till June for first
PSA
. Have read that a follow up to the radiation is now Taxotere or another chemo.

11 months of vacatión and going strong, I think
I plan to return to ADT when
PSA
reaches 6, then go back on vacatión once I get my
PSA
back down to point one. This will hopefully get me to 80 and beyond.

Casodex after castration resistance?
After being undetectable on mono HT (Zoladex) for 67 months my dad's
PSA
started climbing in December 2022. In March it was 0.05. His testosterone level also rose from 0.6 to 1.2. The doctor recommended to add Casodex. After a month, in April his
PSA
was 0.024 and testosterone was 0.9.
